@KLM @AirFranceKLM you just serviced us the worst ever airline experience (BOTH WAYS) on our long-awaited visit to our friends in Munich.

1/10 Flight out AMS-MUC on KL1795 on May 26th. We arrived fairly early to @Schiphol as we were told the airport was particularly busy.

We managed to handle check-in and security OK. So far so good.
