I talk to a lot of entrepreneurs who feel like they can’t take a moment, much less a day off from working, without everything falling apart.

I take 6+ weeks off a year as a bootstrapped self-funded serial entrepreneur.

Here’s how I do it 👇🏼 Start slow. With my first business, I started off taking Friday afternoons off to go for walks on the beach (I lived in San Francisco at the time). I’d download podcasts and turn off my Cellular and Data.

I learned that a few hours away was fine. No fires to put out.

I don’t know who needs to hear this today, but here you go.

If you’re the leader and your team isn’t doing well/winning, it’s 💯 your fault.

Good news is that you can fix it and learn from your mistakes. Some have been saying that the black/whiteness here frustrates them.

I actually think this one is black and white. If you are the leader and in charge, you are responsible IMO for success/failure.

Also, failure isn't necessarily bad, and we should all do it many times a day.
