cloudflare에서 며칠전에 포스팅된 bloomfilter의 사용에 대한 이야기를 보고. 코드를 살펴봤는데 성능개선에 관심있는 사람들은 한번씩 볼만 하다. deduplication을 bloomfilter로 했을때의 문제점을 개선한 이야기인데. 결국 hashtable with linear probing으로 메모리 성능을 개선한것. (계속) 성능은 bloomfilter -> hashtable with linear probing -> hashtable with SSE. 내가 가진 데이터로 테스트해보니 37M을 처리하는데 단순 wc로 1.9sec, bloomfilter로 14sec, hashtable 11sec, hashtable(SSE)로 7sec. 여기서 교훈은 다음에 (계속)
