If we allow the U.S. Government (or any state government) to define “disinformation” — MAKE NO MISTAKE, this will end with the complete obliteration of the First Amendment. And then it’s “lights out” for the United States of America.

If someone takes the idea of “consent of the governed” seriously, they should try to think of govt policies in the same vein as advanced medical directives. What are you willing to have Gov’t do to you — especially if/when you lack the power to object?
