Yesterday an Irish writer who has never met me miscategorised my race based on my photo. This same man has taken it upon himself to DM me, ostensibly about my work, and made inappropriate comments on my physical appearance, saying, ‘Not personal! Lolz.’ / He also said, ‘Amazin how cautious one must be at times on here’. Nothing about this type of behaviour is funny. And it is deeply personal. /
