At a time of global pandemic, with cases still occurring in schools, it is utterly ridiculous that the main priority for most teachers in secondary schools this year has been meeting the demands of an increasingly out of touch examination body.
The SQA has repeatedly changed tack, increased workload for staff, expecting them to complete most of the exam board's work with no additional time, in a way which meets their demands and now seeks to blame schools for the flaws inherent in the system it wanted implemented.
