Here is a thread on the history of Africans and what becomes the Americas. I've been studying this for years and have conducted primary research including archival, genealogical, ethnographic and oral histories. I write about some of the details in my diss drive.google.com/file/d/1j2OYvU… First, all of civilization started in what later on becomes Africa. In the beginning it wasn't called Africa but the first human beings that populated the Earth migrated out of "Africa" into other parts of the world education.nationalgeographic.org/resource/globa…

I'm tired of all the infighting, FBA/ADOS/Pan African or Divestor/SYSBM and on and on. We are all Black first. Black love first. I don't care what side you are on, check out this thread. Image Image

1st, I love ALL Black people
I was thinking about this dude & bam here goes the Tweet. Basically they want a place in this world & to be fully loved and whole as we all do BUT
let me show you the trick of the enemy.
This White way of seeing the world, patriarchy, causes division Look at the ongoing conversation, it is literally predicated on some type of identity that points to differences between Black people. Look at Whytes tho, they don't do that. They find a way to come together, case in point Donald Trump. He exemplifies patriarchy.

Fam, let me clear up a huge misconception. BLACK MEN DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM EXPRESSING THEIR FEELINGS!!!
First, a lot of people just don't understand Black men. I ain't going to hold you, I had to go on a journey to better understand myself. Why? 🧵 Ever since I was a boy, all that was being pushed to me is that men need to do better and act better. That's all I got about men. The rest was about understanding everyone else. Understanding girls, understanding women, understanding authority & later understanding LGBTQIA folx

This paper is heating up! Here I breakdown how therapist can misdiagnose Black men. Based on their misdiagnosis they prescribe "accountability" and basically tell Black men to do better where the whole time, that dude is in pain. Here is the study I cite ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P… @eihtbeezy @RenyTure

The other thing I realized is how circular therapy really is. It's not designed to help the masses, it's designed for particular groups of people to have paid friends. A common response I'm seeing by these therapists is that they are good with their clients. 🧵 If they find clients that they work well with, forget about everyone else. It's not about healing and restoration. I was in a conversation with someone yesterday who said they have done the work of with their therapist and then told me "fvck you." What kind of work is that?

Another therapist to add to the growing list that Black men shouldn't go to. I'm going to write the heck out of this article
Don't even read the thread, just if you are in North Carolina, fellas, watch out for her Let me add the screen shots just in case she tries to delete, long story short, she took a completely one sided approach in a conversation between a BM and BW, I responded, she ignored me until she quote tweeted me telling me to stop it
These therapists are dangerous ImageImageImage

I need to leak out some of this special issue intro that I'm writing. @Realtalkuncens1 peep dis
@DrTJC states:
"Black male studies begins with this premise—this epoché: this declaring of Black male life as worthy of study that arrests/suspends the caricatures of current research described under the rubric of Black masculinity. Black male studies refuses the pathologization of Black men and boys as theoretical advance and proposes the empirically in-formed accounts of Black male life—its indisputable value—

I was just about to make a thread and then I saw this. These perspectives about Black men and women during the 60s that only show Black men as sexists are straight up lies. They've been trying to paint this picture since the 70s and BW have spoken about this. Let's listen to them Here is Dorothy Heights
Notice how the interviewer tried to push her in that direction

Going live to talk about this where I can talk about some of my primary research I have done on dispossession and psychological/existential dispossession.
Here is a thread of resources
#TheMix twitter.com/i/spaces/1BRJj… First my dissertation drive.google.com/file/d/1f2Z0to…
In it I develop what I called the "matrix of dispossession" which consists of 5 components
psychological
existential
political
material
spiritual
When one experience one of these, they enter the matrix and experience the other 4

The trinity of White Supremacists agents is complete. In addition to academics and activists, just found out Yesha worked for @HigherHeights a Black political organization. Exactly what I was explaining that happen with the rise of BLM in 2014 in the Spaces hosted by Torraine Here is the spaces

It hurts for me to finally say this publicly because I have been friends with black feminists
At this point, it should be abundantly clear that Black feminism, whether intentionally or unintentionally, is an agent of White Supremacy.
A thread First, the contents of the article.
The author doesn't say anything new. These arguments have been made, rehashed, discussed, argued and made again. In fact we have a clear close to 50 years of Black feminists making these similar statements

Unlike what's being represented on Twitter, we don't agree on everything, that's fine because it makes the scholarship better. This is why I asked my question because I have a whole historiography. @RenyTure @thotscholar @eihtbeezy @DrTJGoldenEsq

It was sad on the Spaces last night that one can't just judge or base their critiques on hooks solely on one thing whether it was the Central Park 5 or a book quote.
My question then is what is the standard and what are we doing? Peel this thread on responses to other deaths Image Image

I need every Black person who comes across this Tweet to read this dominiquemag.com/forgiveness-an…
Black feminism is dangerous. We need to figure out a way as a people to address this. I'm working on a book that tells the whole story, it gets worse. The problem is that the Black people who believe this don't realize how much Black feminism is hurting the very same people they are fighting for. You know who felt the brunt of my removal? My wife and 2 daughters.
