1.Antibody tests are commonly used to know if you had an infection in the past - recent/remote 2. Vaccine shot will produce different antibodies like in Covid vaccine - which are developed against the spike protein of the virus (1/2) #covidantibodytesting
These spike antibodies are not detectable in the rapid antibody tests that we usually get tested for.Hence the negative result many a times. 3.so basically the type of antibody test done will determine ur result.
