This was difficult to discuss for many reasons @wilsonstsurgery & occurred when highlighting pressures on primary care.
The #GPcrisis is ongoing & worsening. We can’t normalise abuse of GPs & receptionists. 1/7
No matter what the frustrations are, we are ultimately here to help patients. To be abused makes a hard job even more difficult.
The experiences of so many surgeries and it’s many staff simply cannot continue to be ignored.
