Irrelevant to the charge of attempted murder. Attempted murder is the planning and acts to commit murder. It doesn’t have to include shots being fired. In this case, it appears t/b first-degree attempted murder in FL. There was planning, bringing weapon/gear and laying in wait. 2/ 🔼 Those acts describe premeditation. Premeditation brings it to first-degree; a possible life sentence in Florida.

In 2016 I was visiting my mother and attended Catholic Mass w/her. A priest running a Haiti orphanage was visiting begging for donations through its program to go to Haiti & “play” w/children.
