@cccusbzblr @IndiaPostOffice @cbic_india @IndianCustoms Visited the Bangalore Sub Foreign post office today to find out why a parcel was stuck for more than 50 days when it was already in India.🇮🇳 At the risk of sounding like BuzzFeed, what I discovered really shocked myself. To be clear, the customs officials truly wanted to help. @cccusbzblr @IndiaPostOffice @cbic_india @IndianCustoms 1. None of the customer care numbers listed by @cccusbzblr work. One of the guys there admitted that the phone doesn't work. The customs official there, after our conversation, said he's happy to give his phone number but I'd rather wait.
