I don't think it's possible but hypothetically let's say Joe Biden is the new president come next January. Let's even say he manages to carry the Senate, which is an outrageous long shot but let's roll with it. What will happen next is that all the people telling you we can't pursue a progressive agenda because We Must Unite To Defeat Trump will seamlessly pivot to telling you we can't pursue a progressive agenda because doing so would Risk Our Majorities.

I guess people can stop asking whether or not this is a coup This is astonishing to watch. The most the opposition can demonstrate here is that Morales didn't avoid a runoff, meaning he still won the first round of the election. He's offering them a runoff and now they're demanding that he resign altogether because lol fuck you.

Let’s see if we can piece this together:
1. It is good that the US and North Korea are talking. It’s vastly better to have Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un chuckling to one another than lobbing threats of nuclear war at one another. 2. Tuesday’s “agreement” was almost entirely free of any substance. For a guy who has heavily criticized the Iran deal and previous agreements with North Korea, Trump’s big achievement amounts to much less than those previous agreements.
