@JohnforCFS @CatEye0611 @TurnItUp4ME @PlzSolveCFS 1⃣ NB: This proposal to add a unique code for "Post-exertional malaise/Post-exertional symptom exacerbation" relates only to the US's ICD-10-CM, which is developed/updated by NCHS/CDC. It does not relate to the WHO's ICD-10, ICD-11 or to other country modifications of ICD-10.
@JohnforCFS @CatEye0611 @TurnItUp4ME @PlzSolveCFS 2⃣ Most chapters of ICD-10-CM contain no disease descriptions. Several additional chapters have been added for ICD-11 and the coding structure and chapter numbering has been re-organized. There have been thousands of new codes added to the classification for ICD-11.
2⃣ ICD-10's
