It's easy to celebrate those on the front lines. Those willing and able to speak in front of hundreds, sometimes thousands. Those capable gitterdone types. We applaud and support their work always, don’t we? We also must celebrate those in the back. The people who have anxieties or time constraints that keep them from being the “leader.” They are quietly calling Congress, having tough conversations with friends and family, addressing local Dem issues.
