I understand that Speculation that she has suffered a fall is wide of the mark. #TheQueen

👋 I've been busy doing work work so far today but wanted to say that the overwhelming response to #HelloToKindness has been fantastic. There is a real appetite for a change in the way we speak to each other online and it's resonating with readers all over the world.
