PEC will take a seat at any table at which we can speak about the harm of “gender identity.” We will claim our space to speak with confidence and compassion, without hesitation or hate. We do not shy away from uncomfortable situations; we know that we stand on the side of truth. Please come listen to PEC co-founder Jeannette share her personal story and the work by volunteers at PEC to abolish the gender industry. If you’re interested in learning how you can speak with calm and clear confidence on this issue, come on Jan 26. eventbrite.com/e/stolen-innoc…

Testimony that went unheard by the Health & Welfare Committee in Louisiana today chaired by @LarryBagleyLA. Thankfully, @RepSchlegel and @AGJeffLandry took time to listen. You must hear this testimony from a former “trans child,” who says “I was failed by modern medicine.” “My name is Chloe Cole, and I am from the Central Valley of California and a former transgender child patient. I am currently 17 years old and was medically transitioning from ages 13-16.”

Mission accomplished! Louisiana HB605 has died in the Heath and Welfare Committee. An unnecessary and harmful bill that would have had a chilling effect in Louisiana licensed professionals, we are thankful to legislators for recognizing the damage it could have caused. Rep. Schlegel, a licensed mental health professional, stated quite accurately that this bill was unnecessary and ethical violations, such as those that are abusive and neglectful of children, are already covered under existing Louisiana laws and policies.
