Islam uses every scare tactic possible & here is the list of them:
Missing 1 prayer, big sin
Missing 1 day of fasting: big sin
Not abiding by dress code (women): major sin
stealing, lying, killing: serious consequences
Questioning or leaving Islam: extremely serious consequences The mains threat is eternal hell fire 🔥🔥🔥 & what can be more serious than that? The inventors of many ways to scare people could see that some people were not buying it.

Beyond the Quran and Hadith describe the creative process of torture in the most horrifying medieval ways:

According to the Islamic faith, the Quran was set in stone before the start of the universe and that Allah revealed QURAN through angel Gabriel, starting when Muhammad was 40 till his death at 63.

The time gap between prophets in the old testimony used to be few years. Almost every generations had one, and many times it was their children.

The time gap in the Bible is 500 hundred years between Prophet Daniel and Jesus.

The time gap between Jesus and Muhammad is 468 years So one has to ask, since Muhammad - now 1450 years and counting- where is Allah?

Where are his swift actions that we saw in the Quran? Where is Him defending Islam? Quran came down when supposedly Allah was not happy with how the other faiths had diverged from His message…
