I think this analysis from @IshBaid on the challenges facing cohort-based courses is dead on, but none of them are new.

Layoffs are the worst part of startup life but they are inevitable.

We have a responsibility as a community to support the people who take these risks when they don’t work out.

Some thoughts on managing a lay-off well: CEOs: Use your networks to support your team. It sucks to tell people your company isn’t working out but you are the best-connected person at the company.

Leverage your network to help your team land on their feet.

Two years ago, it wasn't clear this was possible. It would have been easy to say "we are an enterprise company now, let's focus 100% on those large customers".
