Shopify surpassed 5,000 apps in the App Store in 2020, but the growth has only just begun. Here are some #commerce trends I expect we’ll see more of in @Shopify's app ecosystem in 2021. 👇 SMS/messaging - these apps have been on the rise for the last few years, but I anticipate more features built into these services and geo specific versions with the conversion rates higher than email.
