I sat down to see if you could get any closer on £20 to her household requirements, but focusing on having meals, likely repeating them, starting with no stock as a meal base etc. Here's my shop at £19.74 as items were out of stock.
I want to be really clear I don't think a family should have to live on £20 of food per week. It was a challenge to myself only. Everyone should have sufficient funds to meet their nutritional needs.
But here are the figure comparisons between my list & JM's:

Yes, she later said it's a top up/part of a "rolling stock", but it still doesn't add up in my mind, so I did some maths. It's based on one average female, one average male and one average teen boy (RDAs vary by sex & age).
Adult F: 2000kcal 70g fat 260g carbs (90 sugars) 50g protein 24g fibre
Adult M: 2500kcal 97g fat 325g carbs (90 sugars) 56g protein 38g fibre
Young teen M: 2800kcal 100g fat 325g carbs (30g sugars) 52g protein 31g fibre
