- vague "love is love" messaging
- disembodied hand-holding
- a t-shirt (which we are well aware is the lowest cost endeavor with the fastest turnaround)

DEAR BRANDS CREATING #PRIDE2018 "CONTENT," The following are empty and/or ineffective ways to engage w/ the queer community:
1. disembodied hand-holding 2. vague messaging around "love wins" 3. limited-edition rainbow products 4. slapping a rainbow on an ad & calling it a day 5. for-profit ventures with no queer nonprofit partner 6. messaging equating your products to our orientations/genders 7. straight people developing your campaigns 8. underpaying queer artists to develop campaigns 9. capitalizing on queer art while also taking credit for it
