For 644 days in a row, eighty-three-year-old trombonist Valentyn Dudka goes out into the front yard of his apartment complex and plays the national anthem of Ukraine at nine in the morning to pay his respects to the fallen Ukrainian soldiers. Image Yesterday morning at about 10 am, four members of the “Road to Relief” volunteer initiative set off from Slovyansk towards Bakhmut to help civilians.
