I hear this from health experts a lot, when advising sick people
"Eat more fruits"
From my pov this is very careless, we as health experts should always be upgrading our knowledge, not stucked to a certain paradigm that best depicts INSANITY.
Fruits are not lifesavers, modern fruits can be called "processed fruits" because they have been genetically modified to contain more sugar less fibre and nutrients.
Imagine advising someone with gout to avoid red meat, but not bread and Soda

Reversing high blood pressure.
Start Fasting (18/6 for starters)
Avoid Sugar and Seed oils( Chief inflammatory agents)
Avoid refined carbs (polished rice, bread, pasta, noodles, it promotes Insulin Resistance and fatty liver)
Move(exercise, take walks, lift etc)
Sun( vitamin D for cholesterol synthesis, serotonin to boost mood and lowers anxiety).
Breath (Breath in fully and relax fully)
Sleep at least( at least 7 to 8hrs uninterrupted).
