I hear this from health experts a lot, when advising sick people

"Eat more fruits"

"Avoid eggs"

"Avoid meats"

From my pov this is very careless, we as health experts should always be upgrading our knowledge, not stucked to a certain paradigm that best depicts INSANITY. Fruits are not lifesavers, modern fruits can be called "processed fruits" because they have been genetically modified to contain more sugar less fibre and nutrients.

Imagine advising someone with gout to avoid red meat, but not bread and Soda

Portion control and choice of foods is very necessary even after intermittent fasting.
