incredible week in Austin for #Consensus2022 🤠

was so fun seeing so many people IRL—especially some of our @DreamDAO_ members 🫂

here ere are some reflections from the week 🧠 Lesson #1: Plan your conference days with defaults you’re excited about, while being open to spontaneous shifts away from those defaults. After going to half a dozen conferences this year, it feels right to strike a balance between sticking to a plan and going with the flow.

Another jam-packed week for @CivicsUnplugged and @DreamDAO_, another “learning in public” video 🌞

Here are some reflections 🧠 Lesson #1: It’s never too late to halt a detrimental plan. Sometimes a plan to solve a problem can make a problem worse, even if only because it diverts resources away from a solution that could actually solve it.

about a dozen young @DreamDAO_ members are starting internships at leading regen web3 DAOs/startups soon! 🌱🌞🛠

what is the most important thing for them to keep in mind so they can succeed in their roles this summer? 🤔 i'll go first:

even if your manager does not mandate it, write out your goals for the 1-2 week period, run it by them, and send them out as an email to your manager at the beginning of the 1-2 week period (along with a reporting out of what you accomplished the previous week)

Here are some reflections 🧠 Lesson #1: bear markets suck, but they are grounding. they force us to reckon with what we most deeply value. and one thing i've found is that it is easier to weather a downturn when you deep down know what you’re building is badly needed regardless of the state of the market

Just got back from one of the most physically exhausting yet spiritually elevating trips of my life🌷

There was so much enthusiasm for all things "regen" and @DreamDAO_ in Amsterdam 🌞

Here are ten reflections 🧠 1. it’s all coordination; and a good indication of how well an organization can coordinate is if they can throw a fun party

you can live life as if nothing is a miracle, or everything is

meeting so many unbelievably warm, funny, brilliant people in NYC, Denver, Austin, + Amsterdam these past 2 months has transformed my outlook on everything
