cis libs who don't know how govt works shouldn't be allowed to community note trans ppl. biden 100% has the authority to enforce federal nondiscrimination protections in healthcare and education in FL - he just hasn't. it's my job to know this and i'm very good at my job fun fact: stating this in a policy analysis FL had me do on S 254 (that the federal govt could step in to stop implementation but likely wouldn't) is what made the white house call my bosses to have me disciplined and later fired for being uppity. (they still didn't do anything!)
