This 1 principle shifted my mindset and exploded my results🧵👇 1) Markets are formed by systems that match supply📈and demand📉together.

Become a matching system, and you'll always be part of the equation.

I’ve built multiple Twitter accounts to 100K+ for my clients.

Building is a long game.

Spending is a short one.

I don’t do amazing every year, but I save a lot and avoid losing money.

You can easily be in the the top 5% for income and top 1% for wealth.

Or the top .1% for income and only top 50% for wealth. Related to this - talk about your business, not about your total net worth or earnings.

Keep a cloak around your wealth. It’ll make people more real with you.

I’ve had friends risk kidnapping extortion because they flaunted their wealth…

Your 3 most important choices:

1) Who you spend time with

Can 10x your ability to handle stress, turn Sundays into hangover recovery or strategy sessions, and introduce you to your spouse or next boss.

You become more like the people you work/live/hang out with over time.

So choose them wisely.

Robert Cialdini is a PhD psychologist who spent decades studying sales and marketing.

He compiled his findings into a 336-page book called Influence.

I studied it for 400+ hours so you don’t have to.

There are 3 main types of failures.

None of them are fatal.

But they can compound into a 4th, and it stops most entrepreneurs dead in their tracks 👇👇👇 1/ @JamesClear first introduced these 3 to me, but I've added a hard knocks 4th at the end.

1) Failure of Tactics (How?)
2) Failure of Strategy (What?)

The Digital Economy is only 15% of the world's GDP, but it's growing fast.

A select group is reaping massive rewards by bridging the gap to the other 85%....

I call them Modern Industrialists.

Who they are, why they're different, and how to be one 👇👇👇 1/ They are entrepreneurs, investors, teachers, and creators. Active both in the digital economy and within their local communities.

They develop an ecosystem of businesses around them to create ample profits not only for themselves, but the tribe that gathers around them.

It astounds me how many barely competent people get paid amazing amounts because they aren’t afraid of asking for it.

But it's the craftsmen who really impress me... They don’t feel the need for constant validation from their peers.

They don’t feel the need for constant affirmation from their superiors.

Digital Operations are painful

One of the hardest parts is knowing where to start.

How much automation do you use? When do you need a new tool? When/How to track others to-dos?

When I was a startup COO, I wish I had a cheat sheet for Digital Ops 101.

So I wrote one 👇👇👇 1/ The biggest mistake people make when trying to build out digital operations: trying to do everything from day 1.

Start with small repeated tasks that can be automated in <2hrs.

Big stuff will slow you down at this point.

Focus on a single process, then build the system...

It's easy to feel trapped while doing something you're good (even great) at - but don't love
