I have learned today the tragedy killing of my little brother Gebremariam Tsehaye. On February 2, 2021 Eritrean army massacred around 50 civilians (mostly men) in a village called Miri'ena (South West of Axum City). My brother was among those being slaughtered innocent civilians. My brother was an accountant. He used to work for Ethiopian commercial bank as a branch manager in My Geba, west Tigray. Since the war started, he ran to our origin village called Chilla near Axum to safe his life. Couple weeks ago he came to Axum on foot to see his 2 daughters.
