Passive income is a scam.

If you want to quit your job, gurus will tell you "build passive income."

What they won't tell you is that it can take years to build. And most of their suggestions aren't really passive.

I use a LE/AP Money framework instead: LE/AP stands for Low-Effort/Aligned Purpose.

What the gurus never tell you is that everything is a trade-off

If you can make $10k for a few hours of work, it's worth doing even if you hate it.

If you only make $100, don't bother.

The undisputed master of writing craft books. This is a tremendous tour de force. It's focused on fiction, but writers of any kind will learn from Swain's focus on vivid description, storytelling and efficient production.
