Your most valuable thinking skill is understanding how and where to think.
It begins with recognizing the difference between your brain and your mind.
Your brain consumes.
Your mind creates.
Your brain is a lazy ass monster, that voraciously consumes anything it gets its hands on.
And then it pushes it into your muscles, and codifies things into habits. Good or bad.
It loves to be distracted and works without thought. It’s the reason why you doom scroll.

1. We don’t realize our potential, and seek transient feel goods. 2. We look to other voices to influence who we should become. Voices that don't know us. 3. We’re not living in the real world, only scrolling there. 4. We don’t think our own thoughts.
