Big question: when Putin says “I might use nukes. I’m not bluffing” is he in fact bluffing? This question leads towards a pretty scary scenario: If - as I believe - failure in Ukraine would spell the end of Putin then there are only two options for survival: win, or spin a defeat into victory.
