You can't install freedom simply by choice.
You can't take people ripe for dictatorship, kill off the present dictator and tell them to "go, be free". They will clamor for a new dictator.

Based on my long career as Server @ Wendys I have learned that it is very difficult to identify winners in corporate world but its really easy to identify losers. There is an old Chinese idiom “南橘北枳” and it translates to “Southern orange and northern trifoliate”. Its origin is that Yanzi found that tangerines grown south of the Huai River become mandarin(sweet) oranges, while those grown in the north become trifoliate (sour) oranges. This expression is used to express that even same thing can change and produce totally opposite outcome when in different environment.

MNS have been given extremely difficult task to face IK. A man her father, Zardari and uncle couldn’t tame along with help of 2 Religion personalities from Pindi. Hobbes described a society without rules as living in a “state of nature” ( State of Jungle where might is right). In such a state, people would act on their own accord, without any responsibility to their community. Pakistan is clearly in state of jungle as per Hobbes criteria:

My Whole life I debated with people from Khi. Quetta Waziristan saying that them blaming Army for issues in their vicinity is not justified. Responsibility lies with civil institutions to ensure fix and army is trying to salvage situation.

I have a friend who always gets into car accidents at least once every three months. We thought problem was with her car or skills but actually root cause was her laziness.
