In the midst of the ongoing political turbulence in Armenia, Storm-1516 operators are focusing hard on Armenian prime minister Nikol Pashinyan. So far, our team has discovered three unreported disinformation campaigns against Pashinyan.
First campaign targeting Pashinyan was launched in late May
The moment has come to expose John Dougan's new fake media network of 36 websites. This network so far hasn't been involved in any campaigns, which we could attribute to Storm-1516.
Dougan ran a few peculiar campaigns with them, and likely on his own. One of which we previously covered:
New fake news attack against Macron is conducted via fake media network affiliated with John Dougan, specially crafted website and RU Telegram channels known for fake news dissemination:
"Macron is trying to purchase votes of French people for a 100 euro"
For this campaign, specially crafted website ensemble-24[.]fr was created.
It mimics the official pre-election website ensemble-2024[.]fr of political coalition "Ensemble", which includes Macron party "Renaissance". archive.ph/V1z0x

New fake story is beings laundered as we speak:
Zelensky supposedly bought hotel/casino "Vuni Palace" in unrecognised Northern Cyprus.

Several publications were published yesterday based on leaked documents from Pravfond, which turns out to be a Kremlin intelligence front, it mentions funding of golos[.]eu and euromore[.]eu among other activities. In english it was published by Guardian: theguardian.com/world/article/…
It seems very likely that golos[.]eu is a rebranded golospravdy[.]com/golospravdy[.]eu:
- golospravdy[.]com and golospravdy[.]eu both currently redirect to golos[.]eu

Another fake story which was partially distributed trough mediaalternatif[.]fr and it went under our radars for some time:
"French riot police killed a university student protesting for Palestine"
It also appears that they're back to using obscure African and Arabic media to cover their tracks
Its' not the first time we're seeing reoccurrence of this approach (which was covered in @ClemsonHub publication on fake narrative laundering) in recent time:
