The problem w using ‘MAGA’ as a slur is not only does it justify dehumanizing rhetoric, but ‘MAGA’ is not constrained to a self identifying group. Its used as a label, same as 'racism' and other isms, to silence debate, objection, genuine concern and outright inconvenient truths. Any independent or even left leaning person who questions seemingly obvious items of concern that are routinely glossed over, blamed on ‘MAGA’ or lied about gets labeled as ‘MAGA’. And suddenly any treatment, insult, harassment or harm befallen upon this person is ‘deserved’.

Here's my problem #America

I'm mostly a "#progressive". I believe in lifting up the less fortunate, don't shoot citizens in back, diversity makes life interesting, give pple health care so we're all safer from diseases.

Unfortunately I also believe in TRUTH above all else... For that reason, I don't look the other way at what the Clinton's are any more than I did when I knew what the Bushs were.

I watched how Bernie got screwed (2x) so it didn't surprise me when the Russia Hoax was used.

When that didn't work it was the impeachment scam...
