Datoviz is mind-blowingly fast 🤯 Here are 14 million spikes from 315 neurons displayed in 3D at the same time without breaking a sweat.
This data is from one of my Neuropixel recordings in the posterior parietal cortex, hippocampus and thalamus. Each dot is a spike, colors indicate different neurons. Time is on the x-axis, depth along the probe on the y-axis and the z-axis is the spike amplitude of each spike.
