Now the govt itself tells you it is not safe and can be misused.

After ensuring that everyone’s Aadhar is in some public domain, govt wakes up!!

It’s sinister, if it’s not stupid! Masked Aadhar was introduced only in October 2018, when UIDAI was facing the scrutiny of Supreme Court on privacy issue.

But by then it was too late. Everyone’s Aadhaar was already in public domain.

And now, govt has no idea to how to plug back this privacy goof-up.

Total income from petroleum products in 8 years of Modi govt: ₹43 lakh crore

Total payment from 204-2026=1.34 lakh crore And not to forget that UPA govt gave petroluem subsidy of ₹ 8.88 lakh crore to people of India and issued oil bonds worth ₹1.34 lakh crore.

UPA also paid ₹53269 crore for oil bonds issued by Vajpayee govt.

And Modi govt too has issued bonds worth ₹ 2.79 lakh crore!

During UPA yrs, ₹8,88,024 crore subsidy was given to ease petroleum prices

In 2013-14, subsidy was ₹1.47 lakh cr

To partially mitigate pressure, oil bonds were issued for 1.34 lakh cr
1/n Are oil bonds really a huge problem?

In 2021, Modi Govt repaid ₹20,000 cr- ₹ 10,000 cr for capital payment & ₹9,989 cr for interest

But same year, GoI collected ₹ 4,19,884 cr tax from petro-products, i.e. ₹1150 cr per day

Only 17 days tax was sufficient for repayment.
