I'm currently suffering with Covid-19. In "celebration", here is a twitter thread describing my Covid lockdown project: hacking a Casio CFX-9850G calculator, from 1996 with 32KB of RAM and a 128x64 LCD screen, to run custom machine code. (1/25)
Why? It all began when a friend of mine told me he prefers using the dc command over bc, as he is used to using reverse polish notation (RPN) on his calculator. My CFX-9850G, on the other hand, uses the more common infix notation. A comparison is shown here. (2/25)
