Let us talk about the #VGXheroes #VGXhero $VGX community 1/ I'm heartbroken by all the damage inflicted by @investvoyager @Ehrls15 on the #VGXheroes community. As many of them truly believed in Steve and crypto as being the way forward.

1/ As most $VYGVF shareholders may know, @SiskindsLLP has proposed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of current shareholders. 2/ The action alleges that the @investvoyager @Ehrls15 made misrepresentations about its loan to third parties and that due diligence is conducted. Among other things, it is alleged that the Defendants failed to disclose the substantial unsecured loan to 3AC.

1/ The more I think about the Voyager situation, the more questions I have. A thread on $VYGVF for new comers as this is just getting started... 2/ In 2019 @Ehrls15 Voyager was able to get listed in Canada (and avoid a ton of legal pushback) thanks to a reverse merger with shell company UC Resources, a mineral exploration company that stopped operations in 2015.
