Back in 2015, Minnesota saw major publicized raids on daycare centers accused of fraudulently billing the state's Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). These cases involved overbilling for children who weren't actually present. May 13, 2015: FBI and state agents raided Salama Child Care Center in Minneapolis for suspected financial fraud. The center had a history of violations, and its license was later revoked.
