THREAD: This single thing has made me more money that hard work, a great offer, amazing closing skills, or the best marketing strategy in the world ever could.

And I’ll teach you how to take advantage of it… (plus Ben and I are releasing NFTs. Read to the end.) That single things is the relationship I have with people in my network.

My “friend group” these days is full of dude that are 17-25 years old making shitloads of money and building insane businesses.

THREAD: Agencies are going to die by 2025.

Here is why.... Now, when I say agencies are going to die, i don't mean literally every agency is going to shut down.

But, I think there is going to be a huge shift towards more high end freelancing.

Hear me out.

THREAD: If I was fired by my clients and all of the businesses that I'm involved in disappeared today, here's how I would go from making 0 to $15k/month in 2-3 months.

(Rt if this is helpful) 👇 If I had no income that I was in charge of (aka, was working a 9-5, in school, or just unemployed) I would cut off everything from my life except hustling for 2-3 months.

I was chatting with a couple friends that ran DTC brands and one pitched what I though was the dumbest idea I had ever heard....

Then he went through with it and made a few million dollars.

Here's how 👇 I didn't think this idea was dumb because it was a crappy product, or a tiny market.

The nature of the product just led me to believe that it would be a logistical nightmare to figure out...

That's because they wanted to sell live plants.

I worked for Dan Bilzerian 👇

Here's how... Image A little over a year ago I was putting out tons of content about ecom, facebook ads, and marketing on tiktok.

This attracted a bunch of clients who owned brands to hire me to run their ads...

THREAD: If your eCom brands doesn't start doing these things you'll be broke within a year

Here's how to maximize LTV and customer retention 👇 First, use post purchase upsells and cross-sells to maximize AOV on the first interaction.

I like Zipify OCU for this on Shopify.

I sold $50k worth of whitening pens in the first month with the ugliest funnel ever using only tiktok and snap ads. Then it all came crashing down. Here’s why 👇🏼 A little background: one of my old business partners, Jay, built the sales funnel and I ran the ads.

I know some of you have said tiktok ads are like the Wild West.

Well, imagine what they were like over a year ago when they were only open to a couple agencies.

I took this client's store from $0 to a $380k month last year with great margins.

Many things played into this, but honestly this one thing was the biggest factor 👇🏼 Image Deploying organic looking ad creatives.

That’s the difference between many small brands that I see struggling to do profitable sales and brands that are kicking ass with paid ads.

This brand sells a simple product to a bit of an older demographic.

THREAD: How I increased my agency sales call close rate from 10% to over 50% with one change 👇 Last year I was putting out a ton of content that was generating a bunch of inbound sales calls for my agency.

I was booking more 15 minute intro calls than I could keep up with.

THREAD: Imagine a college based totally around online business.

Take three classes that teach you highly desired skills and finish within one year.

Courses would be things like IOS app development, Facebook ad management, Copywriting, UI design, email marketing, etc. Classes give you assignments to practice and develop these skills and your partnered with a business so you actually do the work for them, in return they pay your tuition.

Students are taught and guided by teacher in classes of 10-20 students.

THREAD: You don’t need to invent something new.

Make a boring products cool (or environmentally friendly, aesthetically pleasing, or more portable etc.)

Don’t make a product to solve a problem, solve a problem that people have with a certain product by making a better version. Example 1: Boxed water

They took something super boring, package water, and made it cooler and environmentally friendly.

People that are hip and concerned with the environment love this shit.
