Why is a Mohsin Naqvi being driven around in Malik Riaz’s Rolls Royce Cullinan in Dubai?

Isn’t Malik Riaz supposed to be an absconder in the same case that Imran Khan is currently unjustly imprisoned for? Why is the Interior Minister and Senator of a country that Malik Riaz is wanted in using luxury cars belonging to the accused?
