2/Start here. A Japanese man aged 90 presented to his primary care doctor with fatigue and shortness of breath that continued worsening. Chest X-ray revealed fluid in left lung, and BNP of 3,706 (norm<450 pg/mL aged 75+) that indicated heart failure. Patient refused hospital.
2/This was a new shocking prospective cohort study of 45K Dutch individuals aged 18-85 (med age 61) followed from Jul 21'- Jul 22' that measured mRNA vaccine effectiveness VS Omicron.

2/Remember, the space between a 2nd dose, and monovalent booster at the time was 6 months. So, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, anti-spike vaccine induced antibodies were in many milk samples up until receipt of booster which was at least 6 months. 
2/A new cross-sectional study of 190k hospitalized COVID-19 patients, 18+, from 14 states, within 250 hospitals during Omicron predominance (Jan 21’-Apr 22’) found identical proportions of ICU visits in those unvaccinated [1961 (21.7%)] VS 2 and 3 dose recipients [505 (19.5%)].
