So what am I #cooking today? #Fenugreek #Methi #Winters
Soaked the methi completely in water with some salt. Leave it for about 30 minutes. This process would get rid of bitterness from the leaves.
Blanch 3-4 #onions with broken cashew. As we need to make a purée of it. We don’t need whole #cashew. Put 2 teaspoons of #sugar in water as you blanch.

So what am I cooking today with #Paaalak पालक
😀
Next प्याज Onions
Boiled water along with some #Sugar #Salt and #BakingSoda
Goes in the #Spinach and small amount of #GreenCoriander for the blanch
Once done in a few min, transfer it to iced cold water, to stop it from futher cooking. This preserves the green color, or it shall turn pale.

On this auspicious day of #GuruPoornima2020
Would like to present a simple yet effective way of understanding and following the TREND of the instrument/stock.
Q: Why I came up with the concept?
A: I wanted to remove noise, keep my chart simple where just a glance, tells the story
#RTM Ratio of Trending Move
The heart of this concept has just 2 moving averages and their smart, effective use.
Daily Time Frame: I am using 5 EMA and 21 EMA.
Q: Why 5 and 21?
A: There are 5 trading days in a week and approx 21 in a month. Moreover, both are Fibonacci numbers.
5 period EMA denotes an extreme short trend and 21 periods EMA gives an idea of what's going on a lightly longer term as compared to 5 the period. As mentioned before, its like a week and month's view. The next step is to compare and see how they fare to each other.

A heart breaks in two or in a thousand pieces, how does it matter. Can't seem to figure out, way to put together.
As it breaks, sort of gives a cave opening, where one walks in, trying to look for answers, reasoning to what led to this. No, won't get them, at least not so soon. It's going to be a long lonely stroll in darkness.
There is an unknown, unheard beauty in darkness, it embraces life, like skin and you don't even get to see, someone which follows you all the time, your own shadow. It's you all alone with infinite tangled threads of a puzzle.

Anyone wants to know, which is the best mutual fund to go for? It could be across any theme small-midcap/sector/largecap. I shall answer this based on my experience. No complex rule. As I won't be trading for a week, shall try to put together all provided there's enough interest
Q: Why do we invest money anywhere, be it stocks, mutual funds, gold, realty, banks etc.?

A: To make it grow and everyone wants to ride the fastest bus of returns.
Q: How to get a seat in the fastest bus?

A: There are many ways to look at it. In my opinion, everything works in cycles, i.e. they go up and down. Between this up/down there is sometimes a very unique period, will talk about it later.

Dinner for guests and I've been given a task. Prepare something veg for them. I think would be Benaras Ka Babu today. A very special Paneer gravy straight from the land of ghats.
Khoya-Makhana Matar Paneer
खोए-मखाने का मटर पनीर
Ingredients:
Paneer

Peas
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilies
Tomatoes
Black cardamom
Green cardamom
Jeera
Shahi jeera
Cloves
Javitri
Black pepper
Bay leaves
Cashews
Kesar
Kewra water
Makhana (Foxnuts)
What's the difference between Jeera and Shahi Jeera? What you see on the left is normal Jeera used everyday. On the right is Shahi Jeera. It is smaller in size and dark in color compared to other one. It's far more aromatic too.
