“Are you nervous?”
Kei’s voice comes out weak in the dark room, his body pressed into Tobio’s side who’s laying on his back. Tobio doesn’t ask what’s it about. He knows. A one way ticket to Italy is waiting for its due date in the front pocket of Tobio’s backpack.
+ “No, not really.” Tobio says but he sounds musing. “It’s not the first time I’ll be around strangers who don’t understand me.”
Kei’s heart sinks with those words. Even though Tobio has come over his past, the memories of it still remains like a faded scar on Tobio’s soul. +
