Earliest release of the war crime video I could find was at 12:51 CET by a an obscure pro UA "news" channel sharing content in english. At the time of me writing the channel has 1.1k subscribers, forgot to check how many they had when I originally looked for timestamp and before the video went viral.

I say possible because there are no perpetrators identifiable and the video was first uploaded by pro UA channel at 14:18 CET and then by Z channel at 14:22. There is not much too go on as of now. No info about the victim, nor the perpetrators or the source of video. The only thing I have found so far is that it appears to have started gotten uploaded by UA channels first, earliest one at 12:51 CET. Z channels uploading it now.

Wagner ARE getting ammunition from Ru MOD, but they appear to have enjoyed priority funneling through Surovikin which caused them to receive more ammunition than the other Russian formations. The reason for wagner's disproportionate ammunition consumption in relation to other units is because as you can see on the Bakhmut front, they have attracted pretty much the best formations Ukraine has to offer, and the intensity in fighting is far higher than any other front.
