This person is Balbir Singh Rajewal who is d founder of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Rajewal) & CM candidate of d factions of 22 farmers union which decided to contest Punjab elections under Sanyukt Samaj Morcha.

He had planned to sabotage PM @narendramodi ‘s Punjab rally 1/n Ever Since the Sanyukt Samaj Morcha is formed Rajewal is said to be equidistant from Congress & AAP.
