1️⃣Go to your LinkedIn search bar
Type “hiring” + the role you want → filter by Posts → then filter again by Date posted (24hrs).
You’ll see real humans hiring, not recycled job adverts.

2️⃣ Open any job link
Look for this in the URL: /TPR=r86400&keywords=
Change the no to: TPR=r3600
It refreshes the feed and shows you the freshest jobs that just dropped.
