That's exactly the information I got when I eulogised him before people who had worked closely with him after a meeting.
It was at RadissonBlu and the meeting was a lunch meeting called by the Political Adviser British High Commission. I flew in from Abuja and met with my Lagos lead and other colleagues.
I didn't know the guy who facilitated the meeting knew Sega personally and invited him to see how he can tailor his advocacy.

I am inspired to write this piece after reading an article by Prof Pius Adesanmi (RIP). If you have the opportunity of interacting with late Pius, either personally or through his works you would understand how great a loss his death is. Nigeria like most African countries has had the unfortunate fate of being cursed with greedy and largely inefficient leaders whose only legacy has always being the supervision of notorious but legal heist of our collective patrimony by those charged with their custody.
