We'd like to share five bits of advice from a recent graduate they wish they had known before starting school in Canada 😊

A THREAD ⬇️ 1. You are bound to pull 1 or 2 all-nighters, but stay away from the energy drinks - instead, to keep yourself awake, drink cold water, eat fruit, and turn on a nice, bright light (preferably soft light, not fluorescent) 😊
