People calling for @VP and the Cabinet to "25th amendment" Biden really need to read Section 4. It is a procedural nightmare. Here it is in a nutshell:
1. Harris and a majority of the Cabinet declare to Congress that Biden "unable to discharge his duties. Harris is POTUS. 1/x 2. Immediately, Edith Wil... er... Dr. Jill has Biden sign a letter stating that "no inability exists." Biden is POTUS, again.

That puts Harris and the Cabinet rebels in a bind, because "he's back and she's pissed" So...
