Happy to share that my article co-authored with @jramongilgarcia is out @IPMJournal ! In our survey experiment, we find that citizens make more accurate decisions using an interactive information presentation (e.g, dropdown menus etc.). Our RQ is "how do interactive presentations of performance information influence citizens’ decisions?" We examine to what extent they make accurate decisions when exposed to different presentation formats (interactive vs. static) in NYSDOH demo websites.
